Fine caramelized apple tart
A thin, crispy and delicately caramelized tart, ideal for a gourmet break while controlling your sugar consumption thanks to Diabliss sugar.

Ingredients (4 to 6 people)

1 puff pastry 3 to 4 apples (Golden, Pink Lady or Reine des Reinettes) 3 tablespoons of Diabliss sugar 20 g of butter 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (static heat).

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and slice them into thin pieces.

In a frying pan, melt the butter over low heat.

Add the apples, lemon juice, and Diabliss sweetener.

Sauté for 6 to 8 minutes until the apples are soft and lightly caramelized.

Unroll the puff pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Arrange the apples in a rosette pattern, leaving a 2 cm border around the edge.

Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crispy.

Let cool slightly before serving.
