Soft chocolate chip cookies

Soft cookies, slightly crispy on the outside, delicious but more balanced thanks to Diabliss sugar.

Ingredients (10-12 cookies):

  • 120 g flour

  • 80 g Diabliss sweetener

  • 100 g softened butter

  • 1 egg

  • 100 g chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 pinch of salt

  •  

Préparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and Diabliss sweetener until smooth and creamy.

  • Add the egg and vanilla, then mix well.

  • Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until a smooth dough forms.

  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

  • Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.

  • Lightly flatten each cookie.

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes: the cookies should be lightly golden on the edges and soft in the center.

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
