Soft chocolate chip cookies
Soft cookies, slightly crispy on the outside, delicious but more balanced thanks to Diabliss sugar.

Ingredients (10-12 cookies):

120 g flour

80 g Diabliss sweetener

100 g softened butter

1 egg

100 g chocolate chips

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1 pinch of salt
Préparation :

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and Diabliss sweetener until smooth and creamy.

Add the egg and vanilla, then mix well.

Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until a smooth dough forms.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.

Lightly flatten each cookie.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes: the cookies should be lightly golden on the edges and soft in the center.
