Hot apple and cinnamon porridge
A comforting, healthy and delicious breakfast, perfect for a gentle start to the day thanks to Diabliss sugar

Ingredients (1 to 2 people):

80 g rolled oats

300 ml milk (plant-based or dairy)

1 apple (Golden or Gala)

1 to 2 tablespoons Diabliss sweetener (to taste)

1 teaspoon cinnamon
-
1 pinch of salt
-
Nuts, almonds, or seeds (optional)

A splash of lemon juice (optional)
Préparation :

Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes.

Pour the milk, rolled oats, and a pinch of salt into a saucepan.

Heat over low heat, stirring regularly.

After 5 minutes, add the apple cubes, cinnamon, and Diabliss sweetener.

Continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until the porridge becomes creamy.

Adjust the texture with a little extra milk if needed.

Serve hot and add the toppings of your choice.
