Hot apple and cinnamon porridge

A comforting, healthy and delicious breakfast, perfect for a gentle start to the day thanks to Diabliss sugar

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 20-25 minutes

Total time: 40 minutes

Ingredients (1 to 2 people):

  • 80 g rolled oats

  • 300 ml milk (plant-based or dairy)

  • 1 apple (Golden or Gala)

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Diabliss sweetener (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Nuts, almonds, or seeds (optional)

  • A splash of lemon juice (optional)

Préparation :

  • Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes.

  • Pour the milk, rolled oats, and a pinch of salt into a saucepan.

  • Heat over low heat, stirring regularly.

  • After 5 minutes, add the apple cubes, cinnamon, and Diabliss sweetener.

  • Continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until the porridge becomes creamy.

  • Adjust the texture with a little extra milk if needed.

  • Serve hot and add the toppings of your choice.
