Banana & walnut muffins

Ingredients (8 muffins):

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs
-
50 g melted butter or coconut oil

100 g whole wheat flour or plain flour

50 g Diabliss sweetener

50 g chopped nuts

1 teaspoon baking powder
-
1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Préparation :

Preheat the oven to 180°C (static heat).

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add the eggs, melted butter, Diabliss sweetener, and vanilla. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and chopped nuts.

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Divide the batter into 8 muffin cups, lightly greased or lined with paper cases.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
