Apple-pear vanilla compote
A sweet and fragrant compote, ideal for dessert, snack or breakfast, lightly sweetened thanks to Diabliss sugar.

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Total time: 25-30 minutes
Ingredients (4 servings):

3 apples (Golden or Gala)

2 ripe pears
-
3 yogurt pots of flour

1 to 2 tablespoons Diabliss sweetener (to taste)

1 vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

50 ml water

A splash of lemon juice (optional)
Préparation :

Peel the apples and pears, remove the cores, and cut them into pieces.

Place the fruit in a saucepan with the water and lemon juice.

Split the vanilla pod in half, scrape out the seeds, and add them (or add the vanilla extract).

Cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is very tender.

Add the Diabliss sweetener and mix well.

Blend for a smooth texture or mash with a fork for a chunky compote.

Let cool before serving.

To be enjoyed plain, with yogurt or cottage cheese, as an accompaniment to porridge or pancakes
