Yogurt cake

A great classic, easy and quick, ideal for a dessert or a more balanced snack.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

Cooking time: 30-35 minutes

Total time: 45-50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 yogurt pot

  • 2 pots Diabliss sweetener

  • 3 pots flour

  • ½ pot oil (sunflower or mild olive oil)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 packet baking powder

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of salt

  •  

Préparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Pour the yogurt into a mixing bowl.

  • Add the Diabliss sweetener and mix well.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.

  • Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.

  • Pour in the oil and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.

  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan.

  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

  • Check doneness with the tip of a knife: it should come out clean.

  • Let cool slightly before unmolding.
