Yogurt cake
A great classic, easy and quick, ideal for a dessert or a more balanced snack.
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 30-35 minutes
Total time: 45-50 minutes
Ingredients:

1 yogurt pot

2 pots Diabliss sweetener
-
3 pots flour
-
½ pot oil (sunflower or mild olive oil)

3 eggs
-
1 packet baking powder
-
1 packet vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch of salt
Préparation :

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Pour the yogurt into a mixing bowl.

Add the Diabliss sweetener and mix well.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.

Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.

Pour in the oil and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Check doneness with the tip of a knife: it should come out clean.

Let cool slightly before unmolding.

Possible variation: lemon or orange zest, chocolate chips, diced apples or pears
