Light pancakes

Thin, supple and easy to digest pancakes, ideal for breakfast or snack, sweetened gently thanks to Diabliss sugar.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Rest time: 15-30 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total time: 40-55 minutes

Ingredients (10-12 pancakes):

  • 200 g flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 400 ml milk (plant-based or dairy)

  • 2 tablespoons Diabliss sugar

  • 1 tablespoon oil (sunflower or rapeseed)

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or orange blossom (optional)

Préparation :

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

  • Add the eggs and mix gradually.

  • Pour in the milk little by little, whisking to avoid lumps.

  • Stir in the Diabliss sugar, oil, and vanilla.

  • Let the batter rest for 15 to 30 minutes (recommended for lighter crêpes).

  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan.

  • Pour in a ladle of batter, spread thinly, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

  • Repeat until all the batter is used.
