Light pancakes
Thin, supple and easy to digest pancakes, ideal for breakfast or snack, sweetened gently thanks to Diabliss sugar.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Rest time: 15-30 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Total time: 40-55 minutes
Ingredients (10-12 pancakes):

200 g flour

2 eggs
-
400 ml milk (plant-based or dairy)

2 tablespoons Diabliss sugar

1 tablespoon oil (sunflower or rapeseed)

1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla or orange blossom (optional)
Préparation :

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

Add the eggs and mix gradually.

Pour in the milk little by little, whisking to avoid lumps.

Stir in the Diabliss sugar, oil, and vanilla.

Let the batter rest for 15 to 30 minutes (recommended for lighter crêpes).

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan.

Pour in a ladle of batter, spread thinly, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Repeat until all the batter is used.
