Refund Policy

1. General Conditions

Returns are accepted only for orders placed online through our official store.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Eligible Products

• Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged is not eligible for a refund.

• Items on promotion or benefiting from a special discount are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Procedure

Please contact our customer service by email or via the online contact form to obtain a return authorization.
Carefully package the product and include the invoice or order number.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or delivered in error.

4. Refund

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
In the case of a defective product or delivery error, a full refund including return shipping costs will be issued.

5. Exchange

Exchanges are possible only if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
In such cases, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
