General terms and conditions of sale

Rule No. 1

Any order is accepted under the general terms and conditions of sale in force at the time it is received. Creating a new account or using an existing account to place an order on this website implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions relating to cookies and sales. If a product is out of stock, it will be shipped upon receipt, subject to the customer’s agreement, whenever possible.

Rule No. 2

Any order, in order to be accepted, must be accompanied by payment.

Rule No. 3

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours and shipped using the delivery method chosen by the customer. In mainland France, delivery is most often made via Colissimo.

Rule No. 4

Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.

Rule No. 4.1 – Product Handling and Delivery Fees

For each order, a flat-rate contribution to handling fees is required. This includes shipping costs, packaging, and order processing. This flat-rate contribution varies depending on the delivery method chosen and the delivery location selected by the Customer at the time of ordering. The fee applies to orders below the threshold set for free delivery. Once this threshold is reached, delivery costs are free of charge. A final calculation of these fees is displayed according to your selections during the order process. The basic flat-rate fee for shipment via Colissimo in mainland France is €5.90.

Rule No. 5 – Conditions, Time Limits, and Procedures for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-19 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal with Vedaworld Nutrisanté, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, for the purpose of obtaining a refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging, complete (i.e. accessories, instructions) and in perfect condition, allowing for resale. Vedaworld Nutrisanté grants an extended period of up to twenty-one (21) days. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products will not be accepted. Products must be returned within twenty-one (21) days following notification to Vedaworld Nutrisanté of the Customer’s decision to withdraw. This period begins at the start of the first hour of the first day and ends at the expiration of the last hour of the last day of the period. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, simply return it to the same address as the original order, in its original, undamaged packaging. This return offer is limited to one return during the promotional period for purchases made during sales or under special conditions.

Rule No. 6

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). This notification may be sent by post to Vedaworld Nutrisanté, 71 rue des Frères Lumières, 93330 Neuilly-sur-Marne, France, by telephone at +33 1 75 91 80 50, or by email at conseilsveda@gmail.com. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
